LEDESView allows you to open and create LEDES 1998B, 1998BI, and 1998BI V2 EBilling files using a spreadsheet like grid. LEDESView also performs basic error checking and allows for the conversion of files between all formats.
Complete validation of files can be accomplished using LEDESView's interface to www.ledesvalidation.com. RORA Client System's free LEDES validation service. Both are powdered by LEDESense.
Requires: Windows XP or Vista with Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.
